Meet Deborah Taylor

Deborah Taylor comes from a family with four generations and nearly 100 years of experience in land development and real estate.

Today, the GTA specialist is a top-producing sales representative with her own long history of exceeding expectations.

While Deborah’s achievements in the field set her apart, it was her unique upbringing and strong family life that armed her with the skills and strength to succeed.

Growing up on a 100-acre cattle farm near London, Ontario, Deborah gained extraordinary insight and learned the value of hard work from her father at a

very young age. Along with running the thriving property, he was also a talented real estate developer who taught his daughter the business from the inside out.
“I have been involved in real estate in one way or another since I was two years old,” she explains.

Her father’s early lessons in the nuances of the field, the structural aspects of land development, and the importance of family remain an integral part of Deborah’s winning philosophy.

winning philosophy.

Always ready to roll up her sleeves, her drive and determination took her from the country to Toronto’s high-end hotel industry where she found success as a director of sales and marketing. While there, she further developed her talent for personal service and refined her marketing expertise.

Deborah’s dedication, vast knowledge, and advertising prowess would prove invaluable in real estate. Over the past decade, she has seen the market continuously change and evolve. Drawing on her strong work ethic, she has stayed ahead of the curve.

A mother of two, Deborah raised her children in the communities she represents. Along with her daughter, Kennedy, her son Cam grew up here before heading to Providence Rhode Island to study at Brown University and become the first Canadian to play baseball in the NCAA Ivy League Conference.

“Community is so important to children’s development and I have great respect for that,” Deborah comments. Her first-hand understanding and appreciation of this helps her to expertly guide clients, whether they are searching for a first home or a dream property.
